COVID-19 Help for Residents

Lancashire County Council is focusing on providing the essential services which support the most vulnerable people in Lancashire. They are working closely with other local authority partners, as well as the community and voluntary sectors across Lancashire, to be able to provide help to those who need it most during the coming weeks.

Corona Virus and Playgrounds

While Kelbrook and Sough Parish Council realise the importance of utilising outside space and exercising, please ensure that you follow Public Health guidelines when using this equipment.

Free swimming for Pendle school children

Kelbrook and Sough Parish Council have sponsored the Pendle Leisure Trust in order to offer free swimming sessions for Kelbrook Primary School children in the school holidays.

Thank you for participating in the Neighbourhood Plan Survey

Thank you to everyone who completed the Kelbrook and Sough Neighbourhood Plan survey. We had a fantastic response and we are now analysing the results.   

We'll let you know what we learn when the analysis is complete.

The draw for the three prizes will be made at the Kelbrook Art Exhibition at the end of August and we will notify the winners once this has been made.


Surveys have been delivered to every household in Kelbrook and Sough Parish.   If you need additional surveys, please download and print the survey in the neighbourhood plan section of this website.
